To the right of the front desk is the Vacation Planning desk, which is a convenient way to get tickets and information. The lines were pretty long, but as soon as we got to the desk our front desk agent was very friendly, answered any of our questions, and gave us a lot of great info about the hotel and the theme parks. We arrived at the Aventura around check-in time (which is 4 pm). We also noticed there were so many options for seating and lounging around after a day of thrills from the parks! Overall, the decor of the lobby is minimalistic and totally has the cool vibes they were aiming for.
